ArohaResidence Rules and Regulations
1. Check-In: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2.Check-Out: The check-out time is 11:00 AM. Requests for late check-out are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
3. Identification: All guests must present valid identification upon check-in.
4.Reservations: Reservations must be secured with a valid credit card or advance payment.
5.Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
6.Payment: Payment for your stay is required at check-in. Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled at check-out.
7. Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect the comfort of other guests and Neighbours.
8.Non-Smoking Policy: ArohaResidence is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
9.Alcohol Consumption: Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted in private rooms and designated areas.
10. Room Capacity: Each room has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in additional charges.
11.Room Maintenance: Please maintain the cleanliness of your room. Housekeeping services are provided daily.
12.Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
13. WiFi: Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Please use it responsibly.
14.Entertainment: Projector movie screenings are available upon request. Please book in advance.
15.BBQ Facilities: BBQ facilities are available for guest use. Please reserve in advance and ensure the area is clean after use.
16.Bicycle Rental: Bicycles are available for rent. Guests are responsible for the bicycles during the rental period.
17.Local Tours: Sightseeing tours can be arranged upon request. Please inquire at the front desk for details.
18.Laundry Services: Laundry and dry cleaning services are available for an additional charge.
19.Breakfast: Breakfast is served daily. Kerala-style breakfast is available upon request, subject to availability.
20. Personal Belongings: ArohaResidence is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure your valuables.
21.Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions provided by the staff and use the designated emergency exits.
22. Privacy: Please respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors.
23.Staff Interaction: Our staff is here to assist you. Please treat them with respect and courtesy.
